The Rungan Sari Restaurant is placed in a tranquil and tropical area within the Resort. We want you to enjoy more than just the food through creating a scenic view of the hotel area with plenty of fresh fragrant air and plants. Our Chefs continue to cook and develop new and fused dishes using local products and spices within the Kalimantan area. With the highest experience in local cuisine we have developed a menu that is able to cater to different type of palates, from international breakfast, lunch, and dinner to local snacks and drinks that are freshly made for our guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Our special menu consists of traditional Borneo dishes using Iridescent Shark as the main ingredient. The fishes that we use are always caught daily to ensure the fresh taste. The Iridescent Shark is a native Borneo species and can only be enjoyed locally. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon chilling by the pool while savoring our most famous snack, fried banana with brown sugar, with a sip of our fragrant ice tea to cool down. Don’t forget to try our special Rungan Sari fried rice that will definitely tickle your tastebuds. Finally, at dinner time, enjoy our full selection of scrumptious meals.
